“I shall goe until a hare
Wi sorrow and such mickle care”
This sculpture is based on the old folk lore tale of Witches
who when persecuted can transform into a hare to escape danger.
The folk tale goes that a hunter chased a Hare and wounded it.
He then followed until it disappeared into a house.
When he entered the house there was an young maiden
bleeding from a deep wound in her leg.
Weatherproof, Each one is meticulously
hand painted and glazed in our workroom.
The Hare Sculpture is a substantial solid build
weighing 8.8kgs and
made from a quality marble composite.

Hi Bob,
Many thanks to yourself and Kathleen for the Hare Goddess figure.
We received it yesterday afternoon and she is stunning.
We are delighted with her and she will now form a wonderful centre piece for our front room so that we can enjoy her daily.
You have wonderfully captured shamanic transition
in the were-hare tradition and this is what really attracted us to the piece.
I cannot remember seeing another like it.
We also appreciate your generosity in sending the extra gifts and we thank you again for these.
You are doing a fantastic job in keeping Pagan traditions alive in your work
and the brightest of blessings go to you for the coming year.
Kindest regards,
Mike and Penny
