Herne Green Man
Herne is the spirit of the forest.
This is one of our larger sculptures.

The great horned one said to have been one of the keepers
of the Forest of Windsor in the reign of King
Richard the second.

His ghostly presence has been felt for centu
in this old forest. He is usually seen walking around an
old oak or most notably on his horse leading the ild hunt.

He is hand made by Kathleen Minton in marble
mixture in her studio and isue to Spirit of the Gren Man

Large size: 42cms high x 29cms wide.

Weight: Approx. 6kgs.

Complete with wall hook.
Fully weather proof so suitable for outside use.

and of course mentioned by Shakespeare:
