Returns Policy/Damaged Goods:

I offer a "No Quibble" returns policy.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item and 
obtain a full refund please undertake the following procedure:

*Contact me within seven days after the delivery.
*Return the item to me. 
*On receipt of the goods I will refund your purchase or replace item.

Damage in transit is rare, if it does happen, please don't worry,
 you are fully protected and a replacement will be provided.

 "Sorry, I cannot offer this returns facility to areas outside of U.K.
 Mainland, unless buyer prepared to meet all postage costs".

Payment Methods.

You can either pay on line via this website, or contact 
me direct on 029 20850501 between 1000 to 2000hrs 
& make a card payment over the 'phone.  

I am a sole trader so the surest time to
 catch me in is after 6 p.m!

*The above cards are accepted via the "add to basket" buttons on each items page.

*This is a facility offered by "Pay Pal", but you do not need a "Pay Pal" account, 
or sign up to one to use this Card Facility.

Combined Postage:

A combined postage rate is offered for most items when more than one is purchased.  

Postage costs range from a minimum of £1.99 to £14.99 for very heavy items.

E.g. if you buy three Green Men, you will pay the rate of just one Green Man

I will refund any postage savings made shortly after purchase .

Delivery Details U.K:

I am based in the Cardiff area.  
You are welcome to inspect items before purchase by prior appointment.

Deliveries within U.K. Mainland are mostly via A.P.C. 
Smaller items via the Royal Mail.

I have found A.P.C. to not necessarily be the cheapest option, but their record 
of safe delivery has been impressive.

For larger, heavier items, e.g. "Bar-Lgura" Gargoyle I use A.P.C. "Security" Service.  
This provides an additional level of care for these items.

Unfortunately extra charges are incurred by couriers for other U.K. areas such as the
 Channel Island, Isle of Wight etc.  It's a real shame about that but sorry I can't get round that one.

Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands is via Parcel Force as A.P.C
 is unfortunately rather expensive to those regions from here.

I'm afraid that I have found deliveries outside of the U.K. to be very expensive, 
often the costs are more than the items themselves, again a real shame 
but I have not to date found a cheap way round this!

I WILL NOT SEND COMPLICATED ITEMS E.G. "BAR-LGURA" 
GARGOYLE ABROAD AS DESPITE THE BEST PACKING THEY STILL
 APPEAR TO BE THROWN AROUND AND ARRIVE DAMAGED!  "FLAT" 
GREEN MEN E.G. GREEN MAN & MOUSE SEEM TO ARRIVE O.K. 
BUT AS STATED COSTLY!
