Deliveries, Postage, T&C’s
Very sorry but we DO NOT ship outside of the U.K.
There may be additional costs to send to the Islands around the UK:
e.g. Channel Isles, Isle of Wight etc& also Northern Ireland. However, we are now using “My Hermes” couriers for these areas which we have found to be very reasonable and may not incur extra costs.

Payment Types: By clicking on the Secure Cart button you are offered the choice of payment by PAYPAL or DEBIT or CREDIT CARD.
Delivery Time:
This can vary, as we may have stock of the item you have ordered, or we may have to make to order. If we make to order, the normal delivery time would be between 7 to 10 days.

Postage:
The total cost of your postage is worked out automtically by the shopping cart. This is ascertained according to the weight of your order. This means combined postage rules apply, you could buy two sculptures and pay no more postage than for one.
Our Sculptures are hand made from a solid Marble based mixture. Hence we have to use a courier to ship them. We subsidise the actual cost of sending these parcels to our customers.
If you press the “Add to Basket” button and then Press “View Basket” you can see your total postage costs at no obligation to buy.
We use Royal Mail for smaller items and APC or My Hermes Couriers for larger ones. Please Note: APC do not deliver on weekends, so please nominate shipping instructions, such as “leave with neighbours” or “leave in porch” if you are not likely to be in for delivery.
Typical postage costs are:
- £2.99 for an item of Jewellery, or Small Green Man
- £3.49 or 7.49 for a wall plaque or Medium Size Green Man
- £9.99 for one of the larger Green Men (e.g. Herne, Taliesin etc)
Scottish Orders:
We are now using “My Hermes” Couriers for Scottish orders, which may in most cases does result in no extra charge. However, some Highland area may incur an extra charge, we will let you know on receipt of your order and fully refund you if you do not wish to proceed.
Smaller items (normally postage costs below £5.95) are sent via Royal Mail at no extra cost. The same conditions apply to areas such as UK off-shore Islands.

Returns Policy:
We offer a “No Quibble” returns policy. If you decide you wish to return your item please follow the following procedure:
Contact Me within seven days of the delivery.
Return the item to me
On receipt of the goods I will refund your purchase or replace the item.
Damage in transit is rare, if this should happen please don’t worry, you are fully protected and a replacement will be sent on receipt of the damaged item.
We do not cover the return postage costs.
Accuracy of Appearance: Many of the objects on my website are hand made in my studio. Every effort is made to produce a finish as close as possible to the photographs on the site however, each one is a unique item, obviously not mass produced so there may be slight variations in shades and finishes etc.
